Grandma Cookies

One of my grandmother’s go-to Christmas cookies that I recently rediscovered after many years of lost & half-written recipes

On the surface, Grandma Cookies are simple & mild in flavor compared to many Christmas cookies. The round vanilla cookies are pillowy soft in the middle, topped with sprinkles, & not cloyingly sweet. You could eat a bunch without really thinking about it, especially with a cup of coffee.
