Despite all of the turnover and departures from BA & CNE, Claire graced us with a cookbook - Dessert Person: Recipes and Guidance for Baking with Confidence. Dessert Person delivers on the promise it claims - providing guidance for confident baking. After reading through and baking three recipes, I share my thoughts into Claire Saffitz's very first cookbook, released at the end of October of 2020.
